      This nutrition pack is especially prepared for ultra runner who is planning for 50K-100K run. The full pack deliver total 6980 Calories (not include calories from Beet It shot/ Crampfix or Tailwind Rebuild Recovery) and should be enough to delivery energy for 25-30 hours run. 

      All items we put together are 100% natural and no added preservative or chemical. All of them are friendly for endurance athlete's sensitive stomach. 

      Endurance athlete burn around 500 calories per hour but runner's stomach can absorb around 150-300 calories every hour. So, we recommend runner plan your nutrition well for your run i.e. if you aim to finish 100K in 20 hours and you learn your body can absorb 200 calories every hour. then you will need to plan 20hrs x 200 calories = 4000 calories for the whole journey plus extra 10% buffer.

      Active Root Original Ginger x 4 - Drink 1 sachet (mix with 300-500ml water) every 3-5hours to keep stomach activated and easy digest & absorb food
      Tailwind Nutrition Endurance Fuel 50 serving x 1 - Put 2-5 scoops of Tailwind inside 500ml soft flask then mix with water. (Each scoop Tailwind deliver 100 calories and Sodium 303mg, Calcium 26mg, Potassium 90mg, Magnesium 12mg).  Then keep zipping it during race to provide energy and electrolyte for your run
