      • FUEL - Natural unbleached cane sugar is a source of clean carbohydrate fuel (32g p/s)

      Active Root - Ginger

      I really like the kick of the ginger, although this may be on the sweet side for some tastes. But it's a refreshing alternative to some of the typical vending machine offerings while on a long trail run, and something to look forward to in your bag.

      Used it for the oxfam virtual this year. Worked well, kept my stomach warm during the night.
