Chris competed in the 1976 and 1980 Olympics at 10,000mtrs and Marathon respectively and has personal bests of 2:11:55, 28:15.6 , and 13:34.2 at Marathon, 10,000m and 5,000m respectively. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParticipants are expected to commit up to 5 hours per week of mixed distance and pace sessions with a bit of cross training to help recovery. Building gradually, you can decide from where you start the program if you feel the first weeks are too easy or you can do the whole thing.
