Chris competed in the 1976 and 1980 Olympics at 10,000mtrs and Marathon respectively and has personal bests of 2:11:55, 28:15.6 , and 13:34.2 at Marathon, 10,000m and 5,000m respectively. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParticipants are expected to commit up to 7 hours per week of mixed distance and pace sessions with a bit of cross training to help recovery.
