      Hoka mafate evo

      Really like design of mafate evo, with lots of cushioning and support for long trail running, amazing product!

      Five stars, but disappointed by issues where upper meets sole simply not good enough

      I had Speedgoat 4 before, which I really liked, but for me Mafate is slightly wider/better fit on forefoot, slightly lighter and a bit more nimble to be around in where I am moving around on trails. Shortly after I took the shoes to use, the second or third time out, the upper started to come loose/detach from fitting to the sole over 4-5cm or so on the inner side and also started on the outer side ... I definitely definately do not like that for a top shoe this. Disappointing!
