      Runable, comfortable, durable

      1) the shoes fit true to size, enough room, but not too tight like Salomon not too loose like Altra, just fit for most people 2) the grip is very good, I can run really fast down hill without problem, especially sandy road, the toe guard is not hard but can still protect 3) up hill so energetic, with the foam so save a lot of energy 4) flat concrete road can run with normal tempo speed, shoes very light can stick with momentum to roll over 5) very durable after 70km trail , outsole still as new I give 9.5/10 love it so much
