      A hydrogel is a biopolymer – which is a water-based structure with very small pores. Often used in food, hydrogels offer a three-dimensional network with the ability to hold water. Maurten have used this technology to create hydrogels, from natural ingredients, that are packed with carbohydrate – allowing your body to absorb more carbohydrate. This enhances the energy uptake process and to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal problems.

      Consume the gel minutes before, during, and/or directly after activity.
