      We continue to see a great turnout on Tuesdays and the contributions keep coming in and we really appreciate that ! Thanks for all your support. 

      Currently, our Tuesday session is at Happy Valley. Session start at 7pm with a lap of jogging in advance. Do arrive earlier for warm up or stretch. There will have locker available at Happy Valley and we suggest you bring along with your pad-lock.  

       All proceeds will go to charity and you can use this portal to make your contributions....You can choose to pay for just one night or indeed contribute a few nights ahead. It is easier for us to collect the money this way than with cash on the night. We hope you are happy with this arrangement after all, it is a small price to pay for what is a great cause. We will have a list of people who have contributed and we will be sure to let RUN Hong Kong know you have made your contribution. They, and we,are eternally grateful for your support.

      All donations will go to Run Hong Kong (www.runhk.com),  a charity close to Charlotte's heart.

      Detail:

      ⭕ Date: Tuesday June 11th until further notice (Aberdeen Track is Closed)
      ⭕ Time: 7:00pm - 8.00pm
      ⭕ Details: Meet just before 6.45pm at the top of the ramp in Happy Valley Stadium for a brief warm up and then straight into the session (Session details will be sent each week and put on the Gone Runners Website www.gonerunners.com). Showers, lockers and changing facilities are available.
       

      Transport:

      Transport: Walking distance fro either Causeway Bay (Times Square Exit)  or Wanchai (Exit A3) MTR . Showers and changing facilities are available. 

      Whether you are beginner, intermediate or expert runner, there will be a group that fits you. Don't be afraid, come and work on your speed.!

      Happy Valley 7a Track Session Review

      I think the Happy Valley 7a track sessions are great. Usually there is a group that is roughly my speed so we can all push each other. I like the monthly 5k touch points so you can see how you are progressing. Five stars from me. It would be better if there was some way to make the Run HK donation easier - maybe do the donation annually. Having to remember each week if you have donated or purchased enough donations is cumbersome.
