      Reliable anti-friction

      Tested this directly on a 50km trail race with one application pre-race to feet, groin, nipples… happy to report no blisters or shaffing at all. It just does the job.

      great goo

      It's a must to prevent chafing in the HK heat and humidity. A little goes a long way and won't stain your clothes like regular petroleum jelly.

      Very Good - use it primarily with half tights for running. And also to prevent chafing with HR monitor belt.

      It works. I use it for long bike rides of 50k plus and it works well in hot weather too. No issues. Highly recommended
