The breathable, foot-hugging upper supports every stride over varied terrain. Abrasion-resistant overlays add trail-proven durability, and the gusseted tongue seals out debris. Lightstrike Pro cushioning and the rocker shape promote a smooth roll-off for a quick pace and comfort over extended mileage. The Continental™ Rubber outsole and lugged tread maintain secure footing across roots and rocks, wet or dry. By choosing recycled, adidas is able to reuse materials that have already been created, which helps to reduce waste. Renewable materials choices will help us to remove our reliance on finite resources. adidas products made with a blend of recycled and renewable materials feature at least 20% total of these materials.

      Fast feeling and surprisingly comfortable

      These shoes really surprised me. I expected them to feel agile and springy, but was surprised with how the rocker design leaves my legs less fatigued after a long run. In addition to being light, they don't retain much water/sweat so don’t feel as heavy as other shoes when wet. Grip is adequate for most surfaces, but the lugs are small for more technical stuff. In addition, the shoes are more prone to rolling than trail shoes with a wider base and less stack height. Overall through, the pros easily outweigh the cons and these are now my preferred shoes for training and racing at any distance.
