So you have got the running bug and probably completed your first marathon and now you are keen to see how much you can improve.
This program is designed for people that want to set personal goals, probably at least sub 4 hours, but the intensity of your training is up to you.
A 26 wee
k training program designed by two-time Australia Olympian, Chris Wardlaw. Chris competed in the 1976 and 1980 Olympics at 10,000mtrs and Marathon respectively and has personal bests of 2:11:55, 28:15.6 , and 13:34.2 at Marathon, 10,000m and 5,000m respectively. Participants are expected to commit up to 7 hours per week of mixed distance and pace sessions with a bit of cross training to help recovery. You will be running or cross training every day of the week by the end of the program and be pushing your limit on pace and distance.
