CUSTOMS DUTIES POLICY

UPDATE ON TARIFFS AND CUSTOMS DUTIES ON OVERSEAS ORDERS

Given the current turmoil in international exports and imports we are having increasing numbers of international customers who are being surprised by local customs officers approaching for additional duty when orders are delivered. Please allow us to outline our policy on this

Customs duties, import duties, GST, Value Added Tax (VAT) or other import sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are required to pay the relevant fees when signing for the goods. Customs regulations vary by country or region, and we cannot guarantee or determine whether every shipment will be subject to import sales taxes. For matters concerning import sales taxes, please contact your local customs department directly. You may also be required to pay other fees such as administration or handling fees, which are import duties and customs fees.

Customers will be required to pay the relevant fees to the courier company when signing for the shipment.

If the customer refuses to accept the delivery for personal reasons, including refusing to pay customs duties and taxes, failing to provide required documents or other related reasons, Gone Running will not refund or re-deliver the refused order.
