      For fast a 5K or a half marathon, these adidas running shoes come through with a ride that's firm and snappy. They're super light thanks to the layer of Lightstrike Pro under the forefoot that also helps to reduce fatigue in the legs while racing and training. Torsion rods add lightweight stiffness that feels like an extra push in every step.
