      A 26 week intensive training program designed by two-time Australia Olympian, Chris Wardlaw. Chris competed in the 1976 and 1980 Olympics at 10,000mtrs and Marathon respectively and has personal bests of 2:11:55, 28:15.6 , and 13:34.2 at Marathon, 10,000m and 5,000m respectively. 

      Participants are likely to compete regularly in competitive distances and already setting specific performance goals and target times for various distances. 

      The aim is to develop athletes to the point where they have a realistic chance of reaching performance levels of <2:50 for men and <3:15 for women

      Weekly distances grow to around 150k per week with mixed speed and terrain aimed at building pace, strength and stamina.
