Caitríona is an Olympian (London 2012), Irish national 50km record holder (3:19:47) and 2019 Comrades 3rd place finisher. With over 30 years of international racing experience, at all distances from 800m to 90km, with personal bests of 16:42 at 5km, 35:23 at 10km , 1:15:25 half marathon, 2:36:11 full marathon and 3:19:47 for 50km, Caitríona is a keen runner and is passionate about helping others to achieve their running goals. In the last several years, Caitriona has started ultra running and has notable finishes of 4th and 7th places in the World Champion 50km (2015 and 2019 respectively).Balancing her running a full time job, Caitríona understands the conflicting pressures of the two and has devised simple strategies to ensure that she can continue to pursue her sporting goals while progressing her professional career. These strategies, together with her own experience of various training programs will form the basis of her coaching methodology, which she will adapt to ensure it fits with your individual lifestyle without the need to compromise your ultimate goals. Caitríona has assisted athletes to achieve personal best times in various distances and is here to help you do the same. In addition to the physical elements of training, Caitríona is focused on the mental preparation required to achieve your goals and will provide you with tips and practice techniques to train your mind as well as your body!
Wherever appropriate we will try to combine the program with Gone Runners Group training sessions, enabling you to run with people of similar abilities and goals.

OPTION 1. TARGET RACE PLAN! - One Time Payment of HKD 1,500 that includes a phone/skype call to talk about your “A” race goals and then a one-off 4-month tailored plan to help you perform your best on race day. Plan includes each week’s training time/volume, vertical gain goal, long run and key workouts all on the TrainingPeaks platform.A monthly fee of HKD950 includes an initial set-up phone/skype call, running history questionnaire so I can get to know you and your needs, custom weekly plan on TrainingPeaks, and then ongoing communication via WhatsApp to discuss your progress and adjust your training as required. Weekly plan features at-home strength and mobility exercises to complement your running program and help you stay injury-free!
OPTION 3: "RACE DAY PLAN" - Phone/Skype call to discuss your race day plan in detail including fueling strategy the previous day, the morning of the race and during the race itself, tactics for the race and mental tips to achieve your goal. HKD 250 for 45 minute call
