Erwan is a former French national athlete who specialises in strength & conditioning for running, running plans, lactate threshold training, running techniques, coordination, injury prevention and downhill techniques.
He is a full time Running Coach visited by middle and long distance runners (road, track, cross-country, trail, ultra-trail running, ultra road-running).
Erwan is skilled in running mechanics. He designs strength & conditioning programs in order to make your running gait more economical, aerial, smooth and decrease the risk of overuse running injuries. He retrains gaits and running form that are inefficient. He also designs running programmes using heart rate zones and lactate threshold as he does blood sampling, VO2max tests and maximal aerobic speed tests. His approach to training is scientifically based. Erwan trains a wide spectrum of runners and looks after some of the runners in the Marathon National Team in Hong Kong as well as beginners who just want to start running.

Option A: 1-to-1 Hour Long Personal Training at the clinical gym Joint Dynamics.
In these sessions at the gym we work on the runner's specific needs and requirements. It can be Strength & Conditioning specific to running / hiking, Gait Retraining, Running Techniques, Injury Rehabilitation and Downhill Technique.
Full Running Assessment is 1400 HKD.
Individual Sessions 1350 HKD - 10% discount for Gone Runners = 1215 HKD.
10 sessions package for Gone Runners 1200 HKD - 10 % = 1080 HKD per session.
Option B: 1-to-1 Personal Training at the clinical gym Joint Dynamics once per week + Running Programme.Same as option A + the runner also gets a running programme to do on its own. The athlete and the coach meet 1 hour once a week at the gym for the gym workout and they can talk about the programme, how things went during the past week, what needs to be adapted or considered, etc.Full Running Assessment is 1400HKD.Monthly training fees are 5888 HKD including one session per week together at the gym and a tailored running programme.Option C: Group Sessions at Joint Dynamics.Sessions to cater for runners needs where we focus on Strength & Conditioning (balance, foot work, legs extensive strength, power, core) at the gym.Individual session / Trial is 280 HKD10 sessions package is 2500 HKDThursday night 8.00pm at Joint Dynamics - Central site
