A level better than the v2 that converted me to puma. Use it from speed training to long run with sections of trail, or even recovery. V3 more aggressive more bouncy and comfortable but still stable enough to do easy trails. Would not mind racing next marathon. Durable and price reasonable. Don’t feel I need to keep the shoes in window display for race and train in still expensive sub par super trainers like other brands would want me to do to grab my money. Love this puma elite shoe: buy it use it enjoy it
