Tonight (Nov 13th) will mark 4 successful weeks at Stanley Ho track and it looks like Aberdeen Sports Ground will reopen 3 weeks early, so this coming weekend.

Due to popular demand, from next week (20th) we will move back to Aberdeen Sports Ground and back to the regular time of 7.00pm start.

Gone Running and Joint Dynamics will continue to support the track sessions and after talking to the people who have attended, we have decided to continue the $50 hkd per person per night for charity but the payment will be voluntary. This session has been running for almost 15 years and Charlotte is more than happy to continue to wield a mighty stick each week as she whips us into shape and at the same time raise a bit of cash for charity . 

 All proceeds will go to charity and you can use this portal to make your contributions....You can choose to pay for just one night or indeed contribute a few nights ahead. It is easier for us to collect the money this way than with cash on the night. We hope you are happy with this arrangement after all, it is a small price to pay for what is a great cause. We will have a list of people who have contributed and we will be sure to let RUN Hong Kong know you have made your contribution. They, and we,are eternally grateful for your support.

All donations will go to Run Hong Kong (www.runhk.com),  a charity close to Charlotte's heart.

Charlotte will be sending out the usual track email but please contribute for your sessions HERE.

⭕ Date: Tuesday November 20th onwards 
⭕ Time: 7:00pm - 8.00pm
⭕ Details: Meet just before 6.45pm at the Aberdeen Track for a brief warm up and then straight into the session (Session details will be sent each week by Charlotte). Showers, lockers and changing facilities are available.
 

Transport:

Transport: To get to Aberdeen Track it could not be easier ... Take the South Island MTR line from Admiralty to Wong Chuck Hang and simple walk to the track. Showers and changing facilities are available. 

Whether you are beginner, intermediate or expert runner, there will be a group that fits you. Don't be afraid, (except of Charlotte!) and come and work on your speed.!
