How Long Can You Kipchoge? !!!

  We had a lot of fun with our Challenge last week at the Stanley Ho Track. Many thanks to our 6 pacers, Thomas Kiprotich, Jessica Miller, Eliud Kip Lelei, Brendan Kean, Ashley Miles and Jean-Baptiste Martinet. They did a great job.  The Challenge was an attempt to run for as long as possible within a 15 minute time trial at Eliud Kipchoges World Record Marathon Pace -- 69 second 400 metres.  Thomas ran a fantastic 4.8k in exactly 15 minutes which is and average 75 seconds per lap. The first few being around 64 seconds..... great running !! Thanks...
